Positive: The biggest positives are the location and the staff, who always tried to help and responded quickly to our problems and questions. Negative: This is one of the more difficult reviews to write. The apartment has (unused) potential – it could even be cozy – but at the moment it feels more like student dorm accommodation than a place for guests. The apartment is furnished cheaply, or even more cheaply than that. This is not meant as an accusation or a complaint, but: The living room light does not work, and there is only one floor lamp. In the bathroom, the shower is completely unstable, and the door did not close because it had come off its guide rail. When we reported this, we were told to fix it ourselves. So the landlord is aware of the problem, but no one has fixed it, even though it is a very simple issue – it only requires properly tightening the glass holder. There is no holder for the shower head as well, so you have to hold it in your hand all the time. In the kitchen, there is “everything” in theory (the fridge is new and clean, which is a big plus), but there is no chopping board (the mat was all greasy) There is only a small frying pan for one person, because the large one is so scratched that it belongs in the trash. Pots do not replace a frying pan, especially when they are the cheapest aluminum ones. The kettle is made of the cheapest plastic, for health reasons we were afraid to boil water in it. There is a drip coffee maker, but no paper filters… and so on. There is not a single wardrobe, not a single chest of drawers, not even one coat hanger for jackets or anything else. In the living room, there is a partially incomplete sofa, a nice armchair, and a small table. In the bedroom, there is a bed, a desk, and that’s it. When we arrived, the apartment was extremely cold. There are only three radiators in the entire place, and they are very small, so it took a whole day for the apartment to warm up – even though the outside temperature was still above zero, but the tea got always cold after a few minutes anyway.. The TV was also not working.
